Returns
Felix Populi stands by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We believe the quality will meet or exceed your expectations, however if you are dissatisfied with your order please follow the directions below:

Items can be returned for refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of
purchase.
- Our packing slip is your receipt.. Please include the packing slip in your return shipment. Items cannot be returned without the packing slip.
To return an item, mail it through the USPS with delivery confirmation or via FedEx or UPS, to establish a record of shipping, to the address on the shipping label within 30 days of purchase. The item must be sent to the proper address to be credited. Shipping and handling fees and clearance items are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping
We ship through the USPS and our shipping is keyed to weight. You can choose from three different shipping methods for most packages:

Parcel Post
Parcel post is a ground based shipping option. It can take anywhere from 2 days for shipping to the north east to 4 weeks for Hawaii and Alaska.

Priority Mail
This method generally takes 2 to 3 days to most locations, though those delivery times aren't guaranteed by the post office.

Express Mail
This method is guaranteed over night to most domestic locations.
Media Mail
This method is offered only for our media products (books, DVDs, CDs, etc) The shipping times are comparable to parcel post.
International Shipping:
We offer three different options for international shipping:

First Class Mail International
This option is available for items under 4 lbs.

Priority Mail International
This method is designed for larger, heavier packages, but may be used for items under 4 lbs.

Express Mail International
This is an expedited mail service. Date certain, postage refund guarantee is only available for Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Korea, Republic of South Korea.
Handling fee
We charge a $5 handling fee for all orders to cover the cost of shipping supplies and expenses.
Errors and Corrections
In some cases the quoted shipping charges may not be accurate. if that occurrs we'll be in touch to resolve the issue.

If you feel, for any reason, that our merchandise is not exactly what you were looking for, please feel free to return it to us in saleable condition within 30 days, and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
